Hi I’m Autumn! I’m originally from Portland, OR and I moved to Tri-Cities in 2017 for employment, I do have a “day job” too!

I began my dancing career in middle school for Portland’s Jefferson Dance co. and never stopped dancing. I continued to pursue my passion of dance into adulthood and was eventually scouted as a hiphop dancer for music artists and I went on to train in ballet, jazz tap and I love to freestyle! I consider myself a sensual dancer and do what I do best by incorporating sensuality into my choreo (and chairs!). It’s important to me that dance is not used to just “show off a fancy move” but to captivate an audience and tell your story.

I was introduced to pole when I took a position as a cocktail waitress at a Portland strip club and found myself admiring the dancers and what a beautiful workout it was!  In 2008 my pole journey began when I found two pole studios with some of the finest instructors and the best of friends. In 2016 I began as a pole instructor when I moved to Tri-cities and discovered NO POLE STUDIOS! I briefly opened my own studio in 2018 but sadly closed without a lease renewal in 2020.

Over the last 13 years I’ve never walked into a pole studio that doesn't feel welcoming. I love that from the first moment I wander in a studio, there's a beautiful sense of inclusivity, acceptance and one of the most inspiring communities of women I have experienced.

The pole dance/fitness community is amazing!  I am excited to be able to teach students who are eager to learn in an environment where they can feel comfortable. Pole dance/fitness accepts everyone, from first timers to experienced dancers. I adore how we can all learn and grow together to reach our full potential!

Autumn’s baby Riley! 🐾
